- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:

- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49.99.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

Please allow 24-48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
All customs duties and import taxes are INCLUDED in your order total at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees when your package arrives. We handle all customs clearance on your behalf to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Please note: Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned to us. In such cases, we cannot offer a full refund as return shipping costs and customs fees will be deducted.
8. Customs Documentation
All international shipments include:
- Commercial invoice with accurate product descriptions
- Harmonized System (HS) codes for customs classification
- Country of origin declaration (China)
- Accurate declared value
We declare the actual purchase price of items on all customs forms. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or declare lower values, as this is illegal and may result in customs seizure.
9. Delivery Issues
Lost or Delayed Packages:

Incorrect Address:

Failed Delivery Attempts:

- Reshipment fees will apply
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees
